Terms of service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. Consulting engagements are governed first by their signed statement of work or written agreement; these terms fill the gaps and set the rules for the site itself.

The basics

This website is operated by Elevatek Consulting Inc. ("Elevatek", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Acceptable use

Please use the site in good faith. Don't try to break it, overload it, or reach parts that aren't meant to be public. Don't use it for anything unlawful, and don't copy or scrape it to pass our material off as your own. If the site is being misused, we may limit or block access.

Services

We provide consulting on go-to-market systems: implementation, integration, fractional revenue operations, and related coaching. The site describes what we do, but nothing on it is an offer or a promise of a particular result. The scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set in writing before work starts.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, and graphics — belongs to Elevatek unless we note otherwise. For engagement work, you own the deliverables we build for you once you've paid in full. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methods, and you get a license to keep using anything of ours that's built into your deliverables.

Confidentiality

We treat your data and business information as confidential, and we expect the same for ours. A signed agreement can set this out in more detail.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or secure. This applies to the website only. It does not change the commitments we make for engagement deliverables, which stay governed by the statement of work or written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits anything that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
